Grover ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and current customers about our AI answering and scheduling service for home service businesses. Messages may include demo scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up information, service updates, and responses to your inquiries.
2. Opt-In / Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website at trygrover.com/demo, or by initiating a text message to our phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Grover at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may also opt in to receive messages by:
- Submitting the demo request form on our website
- Texting our business phone number to initiate a conversation
- Verbally consenting during a phone call with our AI voice agent or team
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Typically, you will receive 1-5 messages per month related to your inquiry, demo scheduling, or service updates. You may receive additional messages if you initiate a text conversation with us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out / How to Stop
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOPto any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from Grover messages. You will not receive any more messages. Reply START to resubscribe."

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier-specific delays in message delivery may occur.

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
